Edward Scott is IRS Qualified and Compliant Personal Property Appraisal Service, current and accredited in the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) in Personal Property, promulgated by the Appraisal Standards Board of The Appraisal Foundation. Edward Scott is certified in Antiques & Collectibles Appraising by the Asheford Institute of Antiques. He is a Designated Member of the National Association of Appraisers (NAA), with a designation of “MNAA” and Chairman Emeritus of the Personal Property Committee of this nationwide association. Edward Scott is also a Regular Member of the Association of Online Appraisers (AOA), a Member of the Antiques & Collectibles National Association, as well as a proud member of the National Association of Home Inventory Professionals (NAHIP). He is also a member of the Central Florida Chamber of Commerce and the Indian Valley Chamber of Commerce in Pennsylvania. Edward Scott does not purchase any personal property, including Antiques & Collectibles where there is a client relationship involved.

Well over a decade ago, Edward Scott earned a Certificate of Paralegal Studies from the Fox Rothschild Center for Law and Society in Philadelphia, an American Bar Association approved paralegal college level program; to include course work in Estates, Wills & Probate, Real Estate and Family Law, including Divorce actions. He is an Entrepreneur, Successful Business Person, Benefactor to Charities, as well as has held several non-profit Board of Director positions over the years. In later years, Edward Scott decided to pursue his passion for Personal Property Appraising of Estates, including Antiques & Collectibles that pass down from generation to generation or that are sold to the highest bidder. He concentrates his career mainly doing personal property estate appraisals for estate lawyers and bank trust departments in Florida, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York, too include the field of Antiques & Collectibles Appraising.
